(More customer reviews)It does work as claimed, but when it's too much of it, it still leaves residue. I normally use Cascade and the principle is the same: too much of it per load and you end up with cloudy spots. So, you need to experiment with your dishwasher. I was able to get my glasses spotless using this stuff, but the load is different every time, so I'm still searching for the right ratio.

Oh, it also works with other tableware, not just glasses. I just feel it is too expensive to use it on something other than stemware, where Cascade would do the job. So I wash just stemware periodically (once a month or so) with this good stuff. It lasts forever this way. Overall, I do recommend this product.
