(More customer reviews)The carton containing four 50-once bottles arrived in seemingly good condition and was temporarily placed in my entry on a wool area rug.Unfortunately, one of the bottles had cracked and broken resulting in leakage onto the area rug and the hardwood floors underneath.I have had the area rug professionally cleaned twice ($80), but the stains from the Tide remain.Luckily, the leakage was discovered prior to permanent damage to the hardwood floors.So . . . my bargain on Tide left me out $80 for rug cleaning, $400 for a stained rug, and one 50-once bottle of Tide.Accidents can happen, but I have reported the incident twice with no response from the Seller.
