(More customer reviews)Not only does this delicates wash smell lovely, but it is very concentrated. I wash virtually all my hand-washables with this and still replenish only every 6 months or so. I appreciated the redesign of the label on the back of the bottle, with instructions on how much to use and how to wash particular items. I also like that it's not full of chemicals and "has been tested on Gwen and Lindsey and not on animals." That sentiment shows not only conscience on the part of the creators of The Laundress, but also a sense of girlfriend-like humor. They value the investment in clothing, making it last by treating it well, and using one's own elbow grease to do it. It's nice to use a product created by and for someone like me, not by some big monolithic corporation.
